The short version
The Pounce Play app does not collect or transmit personal data or usage data. It does not require an account and does not include advertising, behavioral analytics, or third-party tracking software.
Information in the app
Pounce Play may store settings, Quick Play defaults, saved presets, and local play summaries. This information is processed and stored locally on the iPad or iPhone. Omnia Data Analytics LLC does not receive it.
Deleting the app removes its locally stored app information, subject to the device operating system’s normal deletion and backup behavior. Pounce Play version 1.0 does not use its own cloud synchronization service.
Permissions and device features
Pounce Play does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photo library, precise location, or advertising identifier. Guided Access is an Apple device feature that owners configure in Settings; Pounce Play may read the system-provided Guided Access state to show setup reminders.
Children’s privacy
Pounce Play is intended for cat owners and does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else. The app has no account creation, messaging, user-generated content, or data-submission feature.
This website
This website does not set cookies, display advertising, run analytics, use tracking pixels, or provide a web form. Its files are served by a hosting provider, which may process routine network information—such as an IP address, browser information, and request time—to deliver and secure the site under its own policies.
If you choose the email support link, your email provider and ours will process the message and address you send. We use support correspondence to respond to you and retain it only as reasonably needed for support, legal, or security purposes. Do not include sensitive personal information.
Sharing and sale
Because the app does not collect data, it does not sell, rent, or share app data with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose support correspondence when legally required or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Changes to this policy
If a future version changes how information is handled, we will update this policy and applicable App Store privacy disclosures before the new practice is introduced. The effective date above identifies the current version.
